Kenexa acquires German consultancy firm

Kenexa Corporation, a talent acquisition and retention solutions provider with its India operations in Hyderabad , has acquired Germany-based HRC Human Resources Consulting GmbH (HRC) for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition of HRC will provide additional proprietary content to Kenexa's current survey and performance management offering and their offices will expand Kenexa's geographical reach in mainland Europe, a key growth area for the company.

Headquartered in Munich, HRC is one of the leading consultancies for business-oriented employee surveys in German-speaking countries.

"Since inception in 1987, HRC has been a reliable and competent partner for many German national and multinational companies and organisations and we look forward to building upon these long-standing relationships," Rudy Karsan, chief executive office of Kenexa, stated in a press release.

HRC's strong list of clients will benefit from Kenexa's significant investment in research and development as well as Kenexa's technology offering and comprehensive solutions for employment branding, talent management, employee assessment, recruitment process outsourcing, performance management and HR analytics.
