Kirloskar, KPIT Cummins, Omnitech & Hikal Q1 results

Pune: Kirloskar Oil Engines has reported a 7.6 per cent increase in its net profit at Rs 29.46 crore in the quarter ended June 2008 against Rs 27.36 crore in the year-ago period. The company's revenues grew by 16 per cent to Rs 582.26 crore during the same period.

KPIT Cummins Q1 net flat at Rs 12 cr

 

Pune: KPIT Cummins Infosystems on Thursday registered marginal 2.53 per cent growth in net profit for the quarter ended June 2008 at Rs 12.96 crore compared with Rs 12.64 crore in the year-ago period. Revenues, however, grew substantially to Rs 173.68 crore, an increase of 28.33 per cent year-on-year, a company statement said.

Omnitech Q1 net more than doubles

New Delhi: Omnitech Infosolutions posted a net profit of Rs 88.45 crore for the first quarter ended June 2008, a growth of 127 per cent over the corresponding period last year. The company's net income also rose by 77 per cent to Rs 425.37 crore in this quarter, up from Rs 239.97 crore for the same period last year, said a company release.

Hikal June quarter PAT up 23%

New Delhi: Speciality chemical products manufacturer Hikal on Thursday reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 10.7 crore in the quarter ended June 2008, an increase of 23 per cent over the numbers in the same period last year. During the period, the company's net sales also increased to Rs 91.9 crore, a rise of 63 per cent against the same period last year.
