Krypton Inds, Karma Health Care Taiwan form JV

Manufacturer of tyres and industrial equipments, Krypton Industries, informed the BSE that the company has entered in a joint venture with Karma Health Care of Taiwan to market its products in the domestic market.

Karma Health Care is a marketer of wheel chairs and other health care equipments in export market having its manufacturing unit at Taiwan and Thailand.

The company has also obtained an export order of  Rs 4.4 core for export of tyres with wheels and other fittings to Pegasus Zorg Bv of Nederland.

Meanwhile Krypton's subsidiary company Eco Wheels is set to commence production of its engineering and health care products soon. Krypton is also keen on expansion of its footwear unit for safety shoes and other varieties of shoes for local as well as international market.
