L&T ECC group bags Rs 853cr orders

The engineering, cosultancy and construction (ECC) group of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has bagged contracts worth Rs 853 crore.

According to a release issued by L&T to the BSE today, the division has won an order valued at Rs 366 crore ($91 million) from the Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority.

The division has secured another order for turnkey construction, valued at Rs 200 crore, from Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL).

"ECC's water and utilities group has also bagged three orders valued at Rs 287 crore," the release added.
