Maruti reports marginal increase in sales

Country's largest car maker Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.  has reported marginal increase in sales of cars.  Its total passenger car sales in month of July was 58,543 which is higher by around 630 vehicles compared to figures for same period.

In press release issued by the company it has said,  company has held on its leadership position in A 3 segment which it attained during last year and continue to register growth and despite macro economic pressure the sales of its vehicle in A 2 segment held their ground.
