Mirage Infra launches 'ACROPOLIS'

Chandigarh-based Mirage Infra Limited, subsidiary of Jagan Group, today announced the launch of its Commercial Centre Project ACROPOLIS, coming up in Chandigarh.
This marks the foray of Jagan group into the real estate, with core interests in galvanized steel tubes and pipes.
Spread over four acres of land, the commercial hub (ACROPOLIS) with additional retail space was seeking an investment of nearly Rs 100 crore and is scheduled for completion by August 2013. The funding would be essentially supported through equity with some part being sourced from debt.
Mirage Infra Limited Director Chetan Singla maintained the group venturing into commercial project was aimed at offering alternative solution to the companies for expansion.
In addition to the commercial hub (ACROPOLIS), the company is also planning to come up with an industrial park at Dera Bassi (near Chandigarh) for which the company has a land bank of 90 acres. The company is awaiting clearance for the projects

Singla said, since commercial prices prevailing in Chandigarh at this moment of time were too high they expected companies to scout for organised commercial spaces in the city which would offer them competitive rates.
The company claims that of the 6,80,000 sq feet development area, 15 per cent already has been sold out.
Singla maintained ACROPOLIS would offer facilities and amenities essential to a true high-end office space and premium retail location.
ACROPOLIS, offers premium retail space spread across the ground floor and the mezzanine. Apart from retail space, ACROPOLIS also offers premium office formats with unit size ranging between 850 sq feet and 38,000 sq feet. The office zone at ACROPOLIS features high-end office suites with sculpted greens and designer offices. Hi-tech security systems are provided to keep the office spaces protected.
