An apparent mistake has led to the  personal details of cricket icon MS Dhoni being made public.

CSCeGov, helping the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) implement Aadhaar,  through its official twitter handle  tweeted a picture in which MS Dhoni’s fingerprints are getting scanned into the system. They also tweeted a screenshot of the  cricketer’s Aadhaar card application form following which Dhoni’s wife Sakshi tweeted to IT minister Ravi Shankar Prasad regarding the event.

Sakshi Dhoni took up the issue with Information and Technology minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, who had tweeted the cricketer's photo while the Aadhaar ientification process on going on.

The agency, CSCeGov had mistakenly tweeted the Aadhaar form of MS Dhoni, which had his personal information.

However, no update has come on what action has been or will be taken on this issue.
