Ceramic Units Demand Natural Gas

Rajasthan is fast emerging as a major centre for the ceramic industry, because of an easy availability of raw materials, conducive atmosphere and a positive state government policy towards the sector.

There are over 500 medium and large ceramic industries and more than 1,000 tiny units, including ceramic glass and mineral grinding units, in the state.

It includes some of the leading names in the ceramic industry, like Modern Insulators, EID Parry, Kajaria Ceramics, Orient Abrasives, Orient Refractories and Samcor Glass.
