Saudi Aramco still keen on India plans

Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil producer, is still interested in investing in India's refining and retailing space.

"We consider India a strategic business destination, and we continue to be in discussions for investing in refining and marketing," Ali A Al-Muharep, vice president of Saudi Aramco, said today.

Declining to give details, he said the company's policy was to invest in the integrated business of refining to marketing.
