Lalu trying to pull Bihar back to dark days of lantern: Nitish

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today accused rival BJD supremo Lalu Prasad of taking the state back to the 'dark days of lantern'. "The man is moving with lantern (ironically RJD's party symbol) even in day time to take the state back to dark days," Kumar said.
The JD(U) leader also claimed that though he has pulled the state out of darkness after much difficulty Lalu was trying to take the state back to those 'dark days'.
"We've managed to pull the state out of the dark days of backwardness and poor law and order situation with great difficulties but now he (Lalu) is trying to take it back to those days," he said claiming that the state government has enhanced power supply from mere 700MW than to 3000MW now which would increase to 4000 MW next year.
