Andhra Bank Q3 net up 6%

Andhra Bank today reported a 5.76% increase in net profit at Rs 128.86 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 as against Rs 121.84 crore for the same quarter in the previous fiscal.

According to a release issued by the bank to the BSE today, total income increased 15.78% to Rs 817.50 crore in Q3FY06 from Rs 706.04 crore in the year-ago period.
