ING Vysya sells 23 lakh BhOB shares for Rs 36cr

ING Vysya Bank today sold 23,09,999 shares held by it in Bharat Overseas Bank (BhOB) at Rs 155 per share.

According to a release issued by ING Vysya to the BSE today, the company now holds only one share in Bharat Overseas Bank.
