Kolkata-based Launcherz, a communication solution company, has come up with a programme named 'customer experience programme' (CEP), which is designed to motivate sales personnel and develop skills to make a long-lasting impact on the minds of customers.

The company claimed the programme was different from other customer service training programmes currently in the market.

The training programme consists of two modules, one is of 12-hours duration for in-house training and another of 16 hours for training at the centre owned by Launcherz.

The programme cost would be Rs 2000 per candidate.

Launcherz said it had conducted the training programme at several Nike outlets, confectionery chains like Gupta Brother and city saloons like the A N John hair studio. Launcherz said it was also planning to launch tailor-made training programmes for fresh graduates, health care organizations and educators.

Launcherz was in talks with several private nursing homes in Kolkata for conducting training programme, informed Preeta Pradhan, partner of Launcherz.

Apart from CEP, Launcherz offered two other courses, one called 'exprez' for communication and conversational sklls, and the other titled 'imprez' for personality development.
