Management body set for image makeover

| The All-India Management Association (AIMA) is going in for an image makeover to position itself as a strong change agent in the management market space. The organisation will focus on strengthening the organic linkage with its local management associations across India, which will lead to greater networking among them. |
| AIMA plans to leverage the network of 62 local management associations to evolve a strong pan- India approach to groom new management talent and promote innovative practices beyond metros and reinforce each others' activities. |
| With a view to widening the membership base and segments like small to medium enterprises, young managerial talent and management students, AIMA has also instituted a new joint programme with local management associations called the shaping young minds programme. |
