Alphageo (India) rallies on fresh order from Oil India

A Rs 17.52 crore order is for provision of 3D Seisloop Seismic Data Acquisition in the state of Mizoram.

Alphageo (India) is locked at its upper circuit of 10% at Rs 49.95 with no sellers on the counter after the company said it bagged contract worth of Rs 17.52 crore from Oil India Limited.

“Alphageo (India) has been awarded a contract from Rs 17.52 crore by Oil India Limited, Duliajan, Assam for provision of 3D Seisloop Seismic Data Acquisition in the state of Mizoram,” oil equipment and services firm said in a statement.

The stock opened at Rs 47.50 on the NSE and has seen a combined 40,787 shares changing hands on the counter so far. There are pending buy orders for 29,924 shares at 1353 hours.
