Asian markets open flat

The Asian markets have opened on a flat note. The Hang Seng is quoting at 20,261, higher by 122 points or 0.6%, while the Nikkei is at 9,992, lower by seven points.

Straits Times is at 2,846, higher by two points, Seoul Composite is at 1,705, lower by one point and Taiwan Weighted is at 7,487, down 28 points.
