India Infoline's NCD issue

The non-convertible debenture (NCD) issue of India Infoline Investment Services, a unit of IIFL, has been fully subscribed. The issue consists of a base issue aggregating to Rs 375 crore, with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs 375 crore. The issue will now close on Monday, instead of August 12.
