Job data impacts US markets; Indian ADRs mixed

Mixed signals from the US monthly job data led the Dow to edge up 13 points at 8,763. The Nasdaq ended flat at 1,849.

Indian ADRs were mixed on Friday. Dr Reddy's surged 4% to $14.2. Tata Motors and Sterlite gained 1.5% each to $10.49 and $14.2, respectively.

ICICI Bank and Infosys advanced over 1% each to $32.62 and $ 36.04, respectively.

Wipro, Genpact and HDFC Bank were flat.

On the other hand, Satyam slipped 5% to $2.71. Patni Computers shed 4% to $10.28.

Tata Communications dropped 2% to $20.8. MTNL declined 1% to $4.96.
