Mentha oil up 0.21% on high demand

Less arrivals from Chandausi supported the trade

Mentha oil futures for January added Rs 2.90, or 0.21%, to Rs 1,415.20 per kg in 369 lots.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, the February contract traded higher by Rs 3, or 0.21%, to Rs 1,430.50 per kg in 51 lots.

Speculators enlarging their positions, increased domestic and export demands boosted the trade.

Less arrivals from Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh supported the mentha oil futures.
