Polaris up after project goes onstream

The Polaris Software Lab scrip rose 7.62 per cent to Rs 104.5 on reports that it had implemented its collections product in a UAE-based bank. The bank, Al Hilal, has gone live on “Polaris Intellect Collect System” in 10 weeks.

The system enables businesses design strategies to collect dues from customers. Polaris had earlier implemented this solution in three banks in West Asia. The stock made an intraday high of Rs 106 and a low of Rs 95. Trading volumes stood at 410,000 shares. A quarter of the volumes were delivered.
