Tanla Solutions surges on JV

Shares of Tanla Solutions spurted 13.03 per cent to Rs 29.5 after the company formed a joint venture with Spanish firm Zed Worldwide Holdings at a joint investment of Rs 63 crore.

The stock made an intraday high of Rs 30.55 and a low of Rs 26.5 with trading volumes of 546,000 shares.
