Total market turnover on Aug 14 at Rs 1.57 lakh crore

Volumes in cash and F&O rise compared to Monday

The total market turnover on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange was Rs 1,57,165 crore (Rs 1.57 trillion) on Tuesday.

On the Bombay Stock Exchange, turnover in the cash segment amounted to Rs 2,130 crore while the derivatives segment registered a turnover of Rs 36,716 crore.

On the National Stock Exchange, turnover in the cash segment was Rs 9,362 crore while the turnover in the derivatives segment was Rs 1,08,957 crore.
