AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd charged with attempting to 'procure' murder

AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd has been charged with attempting to procure a murder and will appear in the Tauranga District Court, New Zealand for the hearing.
The charge was laid after police raided the drummer's home on the Tauranga waterfront at Matua, Stuff.co.nz reported.
The 60-year-old drummer is also charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cannabis and threatening to kill.
Rudd joined AC/DC in 1975. He was dropped in 1983 and eventually rejoined in 1994.
