Finance Ministry accepts Justice AP Shah Committee report on MAT

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Tuesday stated that the Government has accepted Justice AP Shah Committee report on applicability of Minimum Alternate Tax (MAT) on foreign investors.

"I have accepted on recommendation CBDT and Dept of revenue the report of Justice AP Shah panel dated 25th august," Jaitley told media here.

"This report would also be made public very soon," he added.
