Bacil Pharma appoints new Registrar & Transfer Agent

Bacil Pharma announced that the directors of the company in the board meeting held on 14 February 2014 have appointed Purva Sharegistry (India) as new Registrar & Transfer Agent in place of existing Registrar & Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services. The board of directors further authorized Prakash Shah, director of the company to complete the necessary formalities for change of Registrar & Transfer Agent.
