Bharat Forge announces change in CFO

Bharat Forge announced that Sanjeev Joglekar, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will retire from the post effective from close of business hours of 31 July 2014.Kishore Saletore has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01 August 2014.
