Bharti Airtel announces retirement of director

With effect from 22 January 2015

Bharti Airtel announced that, in line with Company's policy on Independent Directors and the shareholders' resolution dated 01 September 2014, Ajay Lal, Independent Director, will retire from the Board effective 22 January 2015, after completing nine years. He had joined the Board on 23 January 2006.
