The Board of Garware Hi Tech Films at its meeting held on 14 January 2022 has accepted the resignation of Chandrashekhar J. Pathak (DIN: 00601668) dated 13 January 2022, Whole-Time Director of the Company; and approved the appointment of Hemant N. Nikam (DIN: 07517849), as an Additional Director in the category of Whole-Time Director (Executive Director) with effect from 14 January 2022.
