Board of India Grid Trust approves raising up to Rs 1400 cr via debt issuance

At meeting held on 22 January 2021

The Board of India Grid Trust at its meeting held on 22 January 2021 has approved an enabling resolution to raise funds upto Rs 1,400 crore through issuance of commercial papers, public or private issuance of debt or non-convertible debentures subject to receipt of necessary approvals from statutory, regulatory and other authorities as applicable and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the InvIT Regulations and other applicable laws.
