The Board of Interglobe Aviation will meet on 07 May 2021 to discuss and consider, among other things, raising of funds by issue of equity shares through qualified institutions placement, in accordance with the relevant provisions of applicable law and subject to approval of the Company's shareholders and receipt of applicable regulatory approvals, wherever required.
