Board of Jindal Steel & Power approved issuance of securities up to Rs 5000 cr

The Board of Jindal Steel & Power at its meeting held on 22 July 2020 has approved the loan agreement with terms & conditions and an option to convert the loan into equity shares, in case of default. The Board has also approved issuance of securities for an amount not exceeding Rs 5000 crore.
