Board of Kriti Nutrients recommends dividend

Kriti Nutrients announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Re 0.10 per share (10%) for the year ended 31 March 2014, subject to approval of the members in Annual General Meeting.
