Board of Neha International appoints director

At meeting held on 31 March 2015

Neha International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, has appointed Radhika Kandagatla as an additional director (Independent) of the Company on 31 March 2015, who shall hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
