DCB Bank allots 25,450 equity shares under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 25,450 equity shares of Rs.10/- each today i.e. on 28 May 2021 pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 31,05,73,963 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
