GMR Coal Resources receives USD 420 mn for divestment of 30% stake in PT GEMS

GMR Power & Urban Infra announced that pursuant to the definitive agreements entered into by GMR Coal Resources (GCRPL) a step down subsidiary of the Company with PT Radhika Jananta Raya, a subsidiary of PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABM), for the divestment of its 30% equity stake in PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (PT GEMS), GCRPL has received the initial consideration of USD 420 mn.
