Gujarat Industries Power Company announces appointment of nominee director

Gujarat Industries Power Company announced that Sanjeev Kumar, IAS, has been nominated as Nominee Director of Govt, of Gujarat on the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Board of Directors have noted the above nomination of Sanjeev Kumar, IAS as a Director of the Company vide Resolution passed by Circulation dated 15 November 2014.
