Housing Development Finance Corporation allots 4.56 lakh equity shares

On conversion of warrants and under ESOP

Housing Development Finance Corporation has allotted 51,200 equity shares of Rs 2 each on conversion of warrants. The Corporation has allotted 4,05,968 equity shares under ESOP.

Pursuant to the allotment of the shares, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 169,21,50,938 equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating to Rs 338.43 crore.
