Huhtamaki PPL acquires Positive Packaging Industries

In accordance with SPA dated 08 July 2014

Huhtamaki PPL has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Positive Packaging Industries, India. This is in accordance with the Share Purchase Agreement dated, 08 July 2014 which was announced on the same date. Positive Packaging Industries, India is a flexible packaging company with an annual turnover of approximately Rs 1000 crore.
