Indian Overseas Bank receives ratings action from India Ratings
Indian Overseas Bank announced that India Ratings and Research has assigned its rating as 'IND AA-/ Stable' for the proposed issue of Rs 800 crore Tier II Bonds (under Basel III) and reaffirmed the rating as 'IND AA-/ Stable' for Basel III Tier II Bonds of Rs 500 crore.
