Information Technology stocks rise

Information Technology stocks were trading with gains, with the S&P BSE IT Sector index increasing 145.63 points or 0.93% at 15821.93 at 09:48 IST.

Among the components of the S&P BSE IT Sector index, Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd (up 2.69%), TVS Electronics Ltd (up 1.76%),Trigyn Technologies Ltd (up 1.71%),HCL Technologies Ltd (up 1.62%),Infosys Ltd (up 1.52%), were the top gainers. Among the other gainers were Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd (up 1.05%), HCL Infosystems Ltd (up 0.99%), 63 Moons Technologies Ltd (up 0.93%), NELCO Ltd (up 0.87%), and Expleo Solutions Ltd (up 0.83%).

On the other hand, 3i Infotech Ltd (down 4.31%), Aptech Ltd (down 1.71%), and Tanla Solutions Ltd (down 0.59%) turned lower.

 

At 09:48 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 69.86 or 0.17% at 41522.21.

The Nifty 50 index was up 22.35 points or 0.18% at 12238.25.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 55.94 points or 0.4% at 14145.06.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 9.58 points or 0.2% at 4860.04.

On BSE,945 shares were trading in green, 508 were trading in red and 76 were unchanged.
