Jay Bharat Maruti allots 2.16 cr bonus equity shares

Jay Bharat Maruti has approved the allotment of 2,16,50,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each as fully paid bonus shares. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the company stands increased from Rs.10,82,50,000 consisting of 2,16,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 5 each to Rs. 21,65,00,000 consisting of 4,33,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
