Mahindra CIE Automotive allots 19,220 equity shares under ESOS

Mahindra CIE Automotive has allotted 19,220 equity shares under ESOS on 30 July 2021. Consequent to the allotment, the issued capital of the company increased from Rs. 3,790,326,800/- to Rs. 3,790,519,000/- and the subscribed and paid up capital of the company is increased from Rs. 3,790,317,350/- to Rs. 3,790,509,550/
