3. Appointment of Amit Sinkar (DIN:09203235) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) of the Company w.e.f 15 June 2021.

4. Appointment of Amit Patankar (DIN:09203130) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) of the Company w.e.f 15 June 2021.
