Outcome of board meeting of Kamat Hotels (India)

Kamat Hotels (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Re-appointment of Dr. Vithal V. Kamat, Executive Chairman and Managing Director from 01 October 2016 to 30 September 2019.

2. Appointment of G. N. Shenoy as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
