Outcome of board meeting of MH Mills & Industries

MH Mills & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 January 2015 has decided to pass the following resolution by postal ballot:

1. To Change the main object of the Memorandum of Association of the Company,

2. To sell/lease and/or dispose of the property as below along with all movable and Immovable assets thereon including but not restricted to building, plant and machinery, movables lying.

3. To adoption of new Articles of Association of the Company,

4. To Change the name of the Company.
