Mindteck (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 22 May 2017 transacted the following -Recommended Dividend of 10% (Rs. 1 per equity share of Rs. 10 each) for the FY 2016-17.
Granted 9,600 ESOP under Mindteck Employee Stock Option Scheme 2005 to eligible employees at Rs. 81.55 being the closing price of the previous day in BSE.
