Outcome of board meeting of Vaswani Industries

Vaswani Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 April 2015, has availed credit facilities from State Bank of India (the Bank/ SBI), Commercial Branch, Pachpedi Naka, Raipur and taken note of MBP-1 received from the director for the year 2015-2016.
