Outcome of board meeting of Vaswani Industries

Held on 12 August 2015

Vaswani Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:

1. Appointment of Satyawati Parashar as Non-executive Independent (Woman Director) was considered.

2. Re-appointment of Ravi Vaswani as Managing Director, Pramod Vaswani as Whole-time Director. Yashwant Vaswani as Whole-time Director and Sanjay Jadwani, Non-executive Independent Director was considered.

3. The Board has not recommended any dividend on Equity Shares of the Company.
