Pentamedia Graphics announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 15 September 2014

Pentamedia Graphics announced that G Swaminathan has resigned from the post of Company Secretary. The Company accepted his resignation and relieved him of his responsibilities effective close of business hours on 15 September 2014. His successor shall be appointed shortly.
