Power Grid Board approves bonus issue of 1:3 and final dividend

The Board of Power Grid Corporation of India at its meeting held on 17 June 2021 approved final dividend of Rs 3 per share. The Board also recommended issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:3 ( i.e. one new equity bonus share of Rs 10 each for every 3 existing equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up).Powered by Capital Market - Live News
